For those of you who are just beginning to explore the extra sensory world of perception, I came into a great basics article to share with you. It was written by one of my favorite online authors, Phylameana lila Desy. Maybe you have heard of her? She is one of my faves because she always provides helpful, basic, point- you -in- the -right direction kind of content related to one of your favorite topics: holistic healing. Now, I have to tell you, I don’t usually seek the advice of a Psychic, yet in no way do I think there is anything wrong with doing so. I actually have a short experience I can share on a blog for another time. However, I do have a strong belief about visits to psychics, and that it is this: I believe it is very important to trust yourself when choosing the person, when taking-in the information he or she shares, and when deciding whether you need to/want to return.

You should also ask yourself, “Does this information resonate with me?” If it does, great! If it doesn’t resonate, don’t worry about it. It doesn’t have to, and sometimes things don’t resonate until days later. I also feel that it’s important to feel comfortable with your psychic. Maybe you don’t have to get a warm fuzzy feeling all over you, but you should at least feel a sense of sincerity and integrity with this person. She or he should put you at ease opposed to keeping you scared (or making you scared).  Is this making sense for you?

Ultimately, I feel that we have all of the answers somewheres within ourselves. That being said, sometimes we need some guidance in bringing those answers to the surface . Hopefully, this is what a psychic can do for you — guide you to your own answers, encourage you on your path (providing you are ’on track’). I also recognize that sometimes we need to know facts, like, where in the heck is that diamond ring I lost?!  If a psychic can help with that sort of a thing, that’s really fantastic.

The term “psychic” is a general title among intuitive counselors much like the title “doctor” is used in the medical profession. Your family doctor is probably a general practitioner, but many doctors specialize in specific areas (pediatricians, chiropractors, endocrinologists, psychiatrists, and so forth). The same is true in the field of intuition. Listed here are some of the specialized areas where some psychics or intuitive counselors focus their talents:

Psychics – Whether you are seeking general or specific advice in your relationships, career, finances, future outlooks, etc. you don’t necessarily need to consult with a specialized psychic.

Life coaching is a career focused on “empowering” others to take steps to improve the quality of their work, relationships, personal achievements, and more.

The “bad eggs” in the psychic field are scam artists who take advantage of the vulnerabilities of others. They may not charge a lot of money upfront, but once they have you in their clutches they will work on your fears and frighten you into shelling out more money for additional services that often come at an extravagant expense.
