My approach stems from the belief that each one of us has innate healing abilities. Each one of us is a healer. I work side by side with you and our spiritual resources (Angels, Universe, Source, Divine Love, Ki, Spirit, God)  to guide you on your life’s path. I guide you on your way to that place of healing and knowing that is naturally within yourself. I help to restore your sense of balance and alignment through grounding and harmonizing your energies, especially in times of change and transition. I deliver this in the following ways:

Service Offerings

Body Work

• Energy Work: a Reiki treatment alone or treatment may include a combination of Reiki and Channeled Messages to address areas of instability, physical, emotional and/or spiritual imbalances, anxiety and general stress. A minimum of 3 sessions is highly recommended. The most basic purpose of this offering is to get grounded, gain vitality, integrity, clarity, inner strength and activate change.

Counseling/Consulting

• Spiritual Direction, also known as Spiritual Companioning, is a deep compassionate listening that aids in awakening the experience of God in your life and deepening your relationship with God.

• Intuitive Counseling is typically an Angel Reading and a spiritual counseling session rolled up into one. These sessions offer clarity, guidance, direction, support, validation and love as well as inspiring your own connection to your unique Angels and/or Spiritual Guides.

• Coaching may or may not be a follow up session to an intuitive counseling session. Coaching is intended to support you on specific life goals or short term projects that require making plans and taking action. Working together, sessions may include creating action plans, collaborative brainstorming and “heart”storming, exercises intended to free pathways of resistance, i.e. meditations, guided imagery. At least 3 months of coaching is highly recommended.

• Healthy Money Management for learning about: a healthier way to manage your money, especially organizing your money, i.e. creating a budget, and learning about the energy of money. For when you know you’ve got to change something with your money habits.

Meditation Instruction [NOTE: Class Currently on Hold]

• Meditation classes for “Women in Transition”, a supportive group of women that come together to practice meditation, offering a variety of styles.  Classes run every Saturday from 11 am to 12 pm at Daly City Parks and Recreation/ Doelger Center, Room 2, 111 Lake Merced Boulevard, Daly City. Drop in fee is $5.00

Public Speaking

• Available for key note speaking opportunities for private events/ceremonies.

For Your Animal Companions

• Reiki treatments to provide healing comfort for your dog, especially for elderly and sick dogs.

Most services are available through Long Distance Reiki, over the telephone, or over an internet connection.

Animal companion Reiki prices average $4o.oo. Treatments are either at the pet’s home or provided with Long Distance Reiki
